Magdalena Kruk
A quiet digital space for expressive art. I designed and developed this artist portfolio for my mother, creating a space for colour, texture and the freedom to look closer.

A white canvas, a light typographic touch and generous space between works. The artwork sets the tone.

Let the work
do the talking.
I took the website from the initial concept through visual design and development, shaping the layout, typography and gallery around Magdalena’s digital paintings.
I built the gallery, artist introduction and contact experience, and adapted the layouts for desktop and mobile. Generous white space and light typography give each work room to be seen.

A gallery

The gallery moves into a single column on mobile, giving each painting the full width of the screen.
The same light typography, white background and simple navigation carry through to the smaller format.

About
Digital painting is my intimate medium of personal expression. Every stroke on the digital canvas contains the essence of my emotions and feelings.
